Michae lNelson. When I purchased the Office through my office HUP program, when I was at the screen with my activation code, I tried to print the screen to save the code before continuing.

When I tried to print, Internet Explorer crashed. I had not written the code down, expeecting to have a print. I never received any further emails with a link to be used at home for the install of the download version, so I followed up with ordering the CD, which I received.
